Environmentally-Responsible Research Partnerships
ESITC Caen is building research partnerships locally and regionally but also at the national and European level.
Research at ESITC Caen is collaborative and rests on three pillars that involve European, national and regional partners (research laboratories, companies and local governments):
ESITC Caen’s laboratory is building Research and Development partnerships with companies and organizations in the civil engineering sector on projects relating to applied research and innovation.
The laboratory team supports companies by carrying out studies on building materials and green building materials. These studies typically involve identifying the state of the art, analyzing specific issues encountered and proposing adapted solutions.
When asked by companies, ESITC Caen can work under the terms of a confidentiality agreement. At the request of companies, in certain cases the research work is accompanied by training for the company’s employees in order to train them to use the results of the research in their daily work.
